Evidence shows it to be extremely effective. Treatments include work between sessions, in order to embed the therapy into your own experience/ situation.
Here’s a quick video, narrated by Jo Brand, to explain more.
Sessions of CBT lasting 45 mins to 1hr are typically £180.00 (plus VAT) - in person or online.

“Jenna worked with me to rediscover who I was and helped me regain a sense of identity.
When I first met Jenna, my life was so out of control and I was clinging to anything just to help me survive.
Jenna was the first person who I'd felt at ease enough to work with.
I've taken back control in my life and I'm now not only surviving, but I'm living, thanks to the work I did with Jenna!”

“After my sessions with Jenna I'm much kinder to myself.
Jenna helped me get through a particularly difficult period in my life. She was compassionate and very intuitive and enabled me to take a different perspective on some long held negative views of myself.”

“We had two sessions of EMDR over a couple of weeks and it was transformative.
Jenna was so lovely and welcoming and immediately put Will at ease. You can tell that Jenna is a mother of neuro diverse children as well as an experienced therapist and this combination helped us to feel calm and confident that she could help.
We recently went back to see Jenna when Will was told he needed some dental work and once again EMDR was extremely beneficial for him. He managed to approach his next dental appointment in a calm manner, having previously bolted from the chair.”

“Working with Jenna truly changed my life.
I had worked with a few therapists before but instantly started noticing a difference with Jenna. She is incredibly easy to talk to and it’s obvious she really cares. Jenna and EMDR helped me work through many things and also left me equipped with the skill set to work through situations all by myself in the future. My journey with Jenna has been priceless.”

Dramatherapy
Dramatherapy is a form of psychological therapy in which all of the performance arts are utilised within the therapeutic relationship.
Dramatherapists are both artists and clinicians and draw on their trainings in theatre/drama and therapy to create methods to engage clients in effecting psychological, emotional and social changes.
The therapy gives equal validity to body and mind within the dramatic context; stories, myths, playtexts, puppetry, masks and improvisation are examples of the range of artistic interventions a Dramatherapist may employ.
These will enable the client to explore difficult and painful life experiences through an indirect approach.
