Our Evidence based therapies build on rigourously proven protocols within Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

We use them to treat a range of mental health conditions including Anxiety, Depression, Self-harm, Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Psychosis, Bipolar Disorder, School Refusal and more.
